Matthew Burton CEC CHE CRC CBJ is a sales minded director and Chef that is creative, resourceful, and committed to quality, with 25 years of progressive experience, and 15 years specific work with Fortune 500 companies. Sales of over $200 million with National Accounts and trade show leads
He is currently the President and Executive Chef of MBURS LLC, Culinary Consulting .

Chef Matt is a proud member of The American Culinary Federation, The Research Chefs Association and the International Association of Culinary Professionals as well as the Chaine de Rotisserie.

He proudly serves as Vice President of The RCA Education Foundation where he proudly serves and helps hundreds of culinary students full fill their passions in food.

He is the only chef in America with the credentials he has and is proud of the multiple Patents he owns and or created.
​
He owns Multiple State Titles in BBQ and has been seen on TV and in lectures around the country sharing with chefs and back yard enthusiasts his passion of cooking with smoke.
